The Cheryl Bethea Domestic Violence Series

October 22, 2014

A collaborative effort between BGR WS Ambassadors, Alabaster Place Inc, Family Services, the Office of District Attorney, and the Bethea Family came together for  a Domestic Violence Series, "Breaking the Silence" in Domestic Violence after the shocking death of Cheryl A. Bethea held at Galilee Missionary Baptist Church.

The Cheryl Bethea DV  Series was very informative to bring about awareness by recognizing the signs of DV, how to deal with someone in DV, the dangers of DV as well as being silent and the resources on how and where a DV victim can get help.
